The installation of a monument dedicated to medical workers in Chelyabinsk is an initiative of the Chelyabinsk Region Legislative Assembly. According to the idea, the monument should become a symbol of respect for the valorous work of medical workers in the fight against the coronavirus pandemic. It will be located in the Andreevskiy park.

SUSU Military Training Centre will be named after of Semyon Khokhryakov twice awarded the title of the Hero of the Soviet Union. A few days ago, the document on naming the Centre after the hero tankman was handed to the Head of the Centre, Lieutenant Colonel Nikolai Karpov.

A postgraduate student from South Ural State University has been awarded a grant from the Russian Foundation for Basic Research. The power engineers from SUSU suggest improving the system of heat exchangers operation by using nanofluids and nano additives correctly. The scientists reviewed two types of nanofluids, represented by hydrofluoroethers, and made recommendations for colleagues.
