Another contest for receiving grant support for startup projects by students and postgraduates, which is called Student Startup (5th wave) has wrapped up. 2000 winners, who will receive one million roubles each for the development of their projects, have been selected.
The following winners will all be able to implement their ideas: Danila Kutuzov, who is developing a network video recorder for collecting, storing and processing video streams in medical institutions; Valeriia Simakhina, who is creating phytomodules for an air purification device using moss panels; Iuliia Danilova with the project on developing a frontal collision prevention system; Dmitriy Khriukin, who is solving a problem of an intelligent control of a traction electric drive; and Iurii Efimov, who wants to create an organization of auxiliary equipment, fixtures and fittings for machining, welding and metal forming machines.
According to the terms of the contest, young researchers will have to complete their work within one year and put their ideas into practice.
