The FINOPOLIS.365 Youth Program is a series of events on financial technologies held as part of the FINOPOLIS Forum of Innovative Financial Technologies.
In 2025, this includes training under the Bank of Russia Fintech Hub program, 7 regional qualifying case championships, a semi-final and final at the FINOPOLIS Fintech Forum.
The Financial Technologies and Innovations in Payments programme by The Bank of Russia Fintech Hub will consist of 8 thematic modules: payment systems and services, innovations in payments, financial technologies, central bank digital currencies, open APIs, machine learning, basic and advanced business analysis.
All lectures will be available remotely, online, from March 14th.
Case championships will be held in the federal territory of Sirius, Vladivostok, Chelyabinsk, Moscow, St. Petersburg, Tomsk and Samara from May through September!
Participants will have to solve relevant cases from the leaders of the financial market. Each city will have several tracks to which the cases correspond. There are 3 such tracks in total: artificial intelligence, data exchange, distributed registries and tokenization.
In Chelyabinsk, the case championship will be held on June 5th-6th in two tracks: artificial intelligence, data exchange.
To participate in case championships, you should:
- submit an application on the Youth Program website before April 17th;
- complete training;
- pass selection rounds (selection period in Chelyabinsk: April 7th-27th).
Winners and prize winners of the case championships in each city will receive cash prizes and will be invited to the semi-final, which will be held at the FINOPOLIS Forum of Innovative Financial Technologies. The final and the fight for the main prize of the Youth Program will also take place there!
