The Student Ice Hockey League team have become winners in the 2025 Generation Cup match, which took place at ice hockey Arena Metallurg in Magnitogorsk. In the fifth matchup between the teams of the Student Ice Hockey League and the National Junior Hockey League the students won 4:2.
Three hockey players form Chelyabinsk came up trumps and made a significant contribution to the team's victory. These were players from the Polytechnic Ice Hockey Club: captain of the Student Ice Hockey League team Kirill Solovyev, as well as Artem Drai and Aleksandr Pogodin, who greatly contributed to the team's victory. The First Vice Governor Stanislav Mosharov congratulated the hockey players on their success.
This game became yet another bright event in the leg history of the two leagues and proved the high level of training and mastery of the Student Ice Hockey League players.
