Ivan Panasiuk and Denis Neustroev, students from the School of Economics and Management, have won over the “Your Move” national project! “For me, it’s not just a victory, it is a chance to prove that a great number of various projects exist in our country, which help students uncover their potential and achieve new goals. Moreover, it’s very pleasing to see that our regional initiative was marked at the federal level and was listed among the best social projects under the contest. But there’s more to come!” shared Ivan Panasiuk, student of group ЭУ-212.
At the Closing Ceremony of the National Student Forum in Moscow, Denis was awarded a winner’s prize in the “Pioneering Explorer” track by the “Your Move” project head Iuliia Epifanova and entered the TOP 200.
The “Pioneering Explorer” track itself consisted of several rounds. As part of the contest rounds, participants were offered to write a letter to themselves to the future, interview those who are engaged in implementing the government’s youth policy, make a video presentation about the opportunities in Russia, take part in the airing “All about Russian Youth and More” broadcast and various activities within the “Your Move” platform and “A Different Matter” service, and what was most important, to answer the question: “What does it mean: to be a student in Russia?”.
“Round two was the in-person participation in the “Your Move” National Student Forum 2024, which was held in the Rossiya National Centre December 16th-20th. A quite interesting and festive program awaited us there. Not only tracks-related events were held, but also some general ones, with all the forum participants, of whom there were around two and a half thousand people from all across Russia. They formed our country’s unified student community! I’m very happy that I could participate in such a big-scale project! I’d like to thank the Director’s Office of our School of Economics and Management for their assistance and support! Thanks to the system of support for student initiatives I feel confident about my future and look forward for the next year’s “Your Move” project: I will definitely participate again, but in a different tack next time!” explained Denis Neustroev, student of group ЭУ-147.
