"You Are Our Support": Schoolchildren and Students Were Helped to Decide on Their Future Jobs

On October 16th, as part of the Employers Assembly at SUSU, meetings, master classes and business games were held with representatives of 60 enterprises from all over our country. 

At the Assembly, company representatives gave presentations of their organizations and talked about the benefits, prospects and career growth opportunities for their employees. 

On the first day of the Assembly, master classes and business games were held by PAO Chelindbank, AO KONAR, Aeroflot Technics LLC, TurKukhni, and OOO Izhevskiy Radiozavod. And this is only part of the employers' enterprises that came to get acquainted with the future personnel. 

Representatives of the Izhevsk Radio Plant spoke about the 12 areas of work of the enterprise and about the structure of the space instrumentation engineering department, answered students' questions, and held a quiz with prizes at the end of the meeting. 

"Izhevsk Radio Plant is a leading enterprise in radio engineering. The Department of Space Instrumentation Engineering has existed since 2017, and then we began to travel around the cities and attract new personnel to our company. We do not hide the fact that we need people. We want to present our company, invite those interested to internship and employment. Today we told the guys what the enterprise does, what projects it is developing, and what internship opportunities there are for students," said Roman Kuznetsov, Chief Designer at the Department of Space Instrumentation Engineering. 

During the meetings, schoolchildren and students were able to ask questions to potential employers, and representatives of enterprises had an opportunity to get to know promising young specialists better for further employment. 

Representatives of Aeroflot Technics LLC, the largest provider of aircraft maintenance and repairs, held a meeting with students, told them how the company carries out operational and periodic maintenance of aircraft, and explained what opportunities for internship and further employment are available to students. 

The Assembly will continue on October 17th. Schoolchildren and students will be able to learn more about other employers and companies.
