On January 25th, our university traditionally celebrated Student Day, during which 3 wishes were named that would be granted in 2024. One of the wishes was the creation of access cards for university students in the form of plastic cards with a QR code (the fulfilment of this wish was approved by the Order of the Rector No. 11-13/09 as of February 6, 2024).
Students in Bachelor's, Specialist's, Master's degree and postgraduate programmes can obtain their access cards in one of the following ways:
1) Via the online.susu.ru mobile application (link for downloading: https://online.susu.ru). After authorization, open the "Пропуск" ("Access Card") section in the main menu. A QR code will appear on the screen of the mobile device, which is an individual key for the SUSU access control system (hereinafter referred to as ACS). This QR code is static and can be saved as an image on any medium and used to be scanned by ACS.
2) At the Access Control Office of the Integrated Security Department (entrance from the side of the SUSU Dormitory Building No. 2, 78 Lenin Prospekt). Bring your passport and your personal application signed by the director of your school or institute with you for the production of an access card. To get your access card, you will need a photograph that meets the requirements for identity photos (https://info.susu.ru/file/4249.pdf).
You can independently upload your photo in electronic form in your personal account on the SUSU website by sequentially clicking on the following tabs: Students / Personal Account / Main / Upload Photo, or e-mail the photo to bprop[at]susu[dot]ru, indicating your surname, first name and patronymic, and place of your study.
If you do not have a photograph in electronic form, you must personally contact the SUSU Access Control Office to take your photograph.
