We are happy to share the news on successful completion of the Stipkom-2023 All-Russian Seminar School on the Legislative Aspects of Scholarship Support in Higher Education Organizations. This event was held November 17th through November 19th in the city of Chelyabinsk in the South Ural region and gathered together leading specialists and experts on scholarship support from various universities, as well as 200 best participants from all over our country.
In the course of three days, within the framework of 22 lectures under this project, the participants were actively discussing the burning issues related to the legislative aspects of scholarship support in higher education organizations: financial support in educational organizations, individual scholarships, and social care monitoring. Special attention was paid to the legal and regulatory aspects of scholarship support. The experts shared the advanced practices and experience of working in this field, and also discussed the questions on the legislative changes and modern requirements to scholarships.
A very special event, as part of the Stipkom-2023 project, was a round table on the issues of improving the scholarship support and financial support for students. As a result, it was decided to include in the Resolution of the Stipkom-2023 Seminar School all the proposals on organizing and holding of the ceremonies of awarding scholarships, on awarding individual scholarships to Pedagogy programmes' students, and on setting the criteria for allocation of financial support.

On the final day of the Seminar School we held a final testing of the knowledge and skills of the Stipkom participants, which they gained during this training. The closing ceremony had a very solemn atmosphere. Awarding the silver and gold pins for excellent performance at the training is a well-deserved recognition of your hard work and your striving towards professional growth. These pins are a symbol of your achievement and pride for the successful completion of the Stipkom-2023 All-Russian Seminar School.
Our big thanks go to all the participants, experts, and organizers for your enthusiasm and collaboration. Your active work and willingness to share your knowledge and experience made this Seminar School inspiring and fruitful. We are proud of your successes and feel confident that this will help you in your professional career.
