The team of tutors at South Ural State University continues to welcome the international newcomers. They help these students adapt and become part of the new student life.
In the end of August, the team of tutors began welcoming new international students. Tutors are the first friends to foreign citizens in Russia. They provide help, hints, share information and useful advice, and do all things possible for successful adaptation of international students in a new and strange country. In the process of work, they practice their foreign language skills in English, Arabic, Chinese, and French, and immerse themselves in the cultures of different countries.
"This project is being organized at our university for the 5th year in a row already. Every year, our International Office, jointly with the Association of International Students, recruits volunteers for the team of tutors, those willing to help our new students before and after their arrival to our country. We train our volunteers and discuss in detail each stage of work that needs to be done upon the students' arrival," shares specialist of the International Student Support
