The staff of the Department of Food Technology and Biotechnology of South Ural State University will deliver a course of open lectures for students and staff of the Namangan Engineering Construction Institute online.
Namangan Engineering Construction Institute (Republic of Uzbekistan) is our partner university, which an Agreement of Cooperation has been signed with, as well as an Agreement on the implementation of joint educational programs, including the program of higher professional education “Food Technology (by Product Type)". This field of study is currently relevant due to the intensive development of the agro-industrial complex in the Namangan region.
The goal of the International Experience in “Open Lectures 2021” is to acquire new knowledge, master innovative technologies and methods for conducting joint scientific research that are relevant for Russia and Uzbekistan.
The program of the event includes lectures and open discussions that help to form professional and interpersonal competencies of students. The international team of teachers of the course “Open Lectures 2021” is formed of professionals of the highest level, as well as leading scientists. The main areas of the course are the following topics: “Biotechnological aspects of preserving food resources”, "Biosafety of agricultural products and the possibilities of “Green Technologies”.
Active researchers interested in the effective exchange of experience in solving problems in the field of biotechnology for processing food raw materials, biosafety of products and market promotion, as well as the implementation of Green Technologies are invited to participate in the course “Open Lectures 2021”.
