The Multidiscipline College of South Ural State University celebrates its 45th birthday in December.
The history of the Multidiscipline College began in 1975, when the Technical Vocational School No. 109 was created to train workers for the system of consumer services for the population of the Chelyabinsk Region by order of the Chelyabinsk Regional Department of Vocational Education. The opening of the school took place in December 1975.
In its historical development, the Multidiscipline College has undergone many transformations, but it focuses primarily on the emerging real conditions, specific requirements and, depending on these, creates a structure for training specialists, which includes a system of continuous professional education (college - university).

At present, the college trains specialists in various fields of study. Over the years of its work, it has won a steady reputation in the labour market and educational services, has earned the trust of potential employers and parents who send their children here.
Over the long history, a recognizable status of the college has been formed, distinguishing it among the technical vocational institutions of Chelyabinsk and the region, and which is associated with the modern level of education, high quality and the SUSU brand.
The implementation of guarantees of the quality of education through the creation of conditions for the formation of professional competencies, civic position, independence and creative activity of the future specialists on the basis of the providing for an innovative nature of the educational process and expanding the participation of employers at all stages of professional training helps to ensure high quality of training of students.
