In modern dynamic world, business sustainability becomes one of the priority tasks for an organisation. This is easily explained because many factors influence the organization and its financial performance. This year, organizations have had to face the economic crisis caused by COVID.
If you want your business to develop sustainably, it is necessary not only to know and understand economic indicators, but also to be able to predict them and, based on the assessment and forecast, develop a set of managerial solutions to increase the sustainability and efficiency of the organization.
