November 14th through 16th of 2019, a large-scale forum dedicated to international students studying at higher education institutions of Russia called URAL FEST is to take place at South Ural State University (Chelyabinsk).
The event will bring together students and alumni from different countries, who have chosen universities of Russia, universities of the Urals included, in order to get a prestigious higher education degree. Experts from Moscow and participants of the Forum will discuss specificity of study and stay of international students in new-for-them conditions, specificities of intercultural communication, efficient interaction between students, alumni and higher education institutions, and many other issues.
“We look forward to meet the guests from other universities to hold an interesting and fruitful discussion. For that, all the conditions will be created: we are going to arrange roundtable discussions, educational training sessions, cultural, entertaining and sport activities,” says the project leader, Valeria Chachina.
Students and alumni of higher education institutions of Yekaterinburg, Tyumen, Orenburg, Kurgan, Ufa, Chelyabinsk and other cities of the Chelyabinsk region are welcome to participate in URAL FEST Forum. The Forum is held within the grant support of Rosmolodezh Federal Agency for Youth Affairs. Its main organiser is the South Ural Association of International Students. The key partners are: State Budgetary Institution “Youth Resource Centre”, Global Alumni Alliance, Association of Foreign Students in Russia, and Youth Welfare Department of the City Administration of Chelyabinsk.
