‒ The modern-day reality dictates that it’s impossible to be successful in career and life if you don’t do self-improvement constantly. Our students work hard, and it’s very difficult for them to find time or to spend time away from their families, but then again, for them this means taking another step up their career ladder. I do not doubt that the skills gained at these classes will come in handy to them in the future. I’m sure that the majority of the students, who have been awarded their МВА Centre diplomas today, will not stop at what they’ve achieved, because they now are in possession of not only their diplomas, but of new useful knowledge as well.
Director of МВА Centre Irina Dergaleva congratulated all the graduates on successful completion of their studies and obtaining of diplomas:
‒ I would like to thank your teachers for their experience, patience, knowledge and wisdom; for all that knowledge they shared with you during the period of your studies. And to our graduates, I’d like to wish further professional accomplishments, success in creativity and inexhaustible inspiration in work!

Graduate of the Personnel Management programme Natalya Kitchenko, Head of the Human Resources Service at the Branch of OOO Monopoliya, Saint Petersburg, explained why she had chosen the training at the SUSU МВА Centre:
‒ This programme has allowed me not only to structure my knowledge, but also learn about the new vectors of development in the field of personnel management. I’d like to note the comfortable training environment, professionalism of our teachers and of the programme curators, who were always ready to help. I wish that you keep holding the bar high! And may you have as curious students as we were in the future!
Igor Chufarov, Head of the Integrated Automated Systems at AO Radiozavod, Kyshtym:
‒ This is an absolutely unique course! I can declare with authority as I have some experience to compare it with ‒ I studied at Lomonosov Moscow State University and at Higher School of Economics. The materials are unique; they very thoroughly determining the train of thought of the course attendee; and on the next page of a textbook you can find an answer to the question you’ve been asked on the previous page. Tutor Aleksandr Korolenko is wonderful; he has rich experience and carefully creates a developing environment where the participants actively communicate with each other and exchange their experience. The level of the students is very high. As the head of a department at our industrial enterprise, I had begun using the course’s ideas in practice long before I completed my training. It is very important that the course focuses namely on the practical application of the methods of project management, and on discussing the traps and pitfalls. Thank you!
The ceremony closed with a traditional photo session.
