Academic Readings: Fundamental Sciences and Clinical Medicine all-Russian scienсe-to-practice conference for young researchers and specialists in various fields of science and medicine will be held in Chelyabinsk. This is a large space for the exchanging experience and gaining new knowledge and contacts for the whole scientific community.
The scientific program of the conference is being formed on an interdisciplinary basis, which makes it possible for participants to earn an understanding of allied fields of research and clinical practice. A team from the SUSU Institute of Sport, Tourism and Service is also preparing to participate. The organizational committee includes the Head of the Department of Theory and Methodology of Physical Culture and Sport, Doctor of Sciences (Biology), Professor Anna Nenasheva, and Director of the Sports Science Research and Education Center, Candidate of Sciences (Biology), Associate Professor Vitaliy Epishev. The conference will include presentations by post-graduate student Aleksey Petrov on the Mechatronic Rehabilitation Device for Restoring Functions of the Lower Limbs and Kristina Fedorova on the New Method of Express Diagnosis of Flat-foot and Analysis of the Biomechanics of Movement.
According to RAS academician, Head Physician of Chelyabinsk Regional Center for Oncology and Nuclear Medicine Andrey Vazhenin, this is not a student conference, but a youth conference. It mostly attracts young specialists – young candidates and doctors of science.
“The main idea was to create and support interdisciplinary and interprofession creative groups,” stresses the Chief Oncologist of the Ministry of Healthcare for the Chelyabinsk Region, Andrey Vazhenin. “It is this new generation of researchers and specialists who is determining the level of our society in the near future. Not just victories in the Olympics, points, goals and seconds, but also inventions, discoveries, developments, and realizations lay the foundation for life for future society.”
The all-Russian conference for young researchers was organized with the support from the Ministry of Healthcare of the Russian Federation, the Government of the Chelyabinsk Region, and the Legislative Assembly and Public Chamber of the region. Around 400 attendees from Chelyabinsk and cities of the Chelyabinsk Region, Moscow, Saint Petersburg, the Republic of Bashkortostan, the Kurgan, Tyumen, and Sverdlovsk regions, Kazakhstan, and Ukraine are planning to participate in the conference. The Academic Readings will be held at Grand Hotel Vidgof, 26a Lenin Proscpect, Chelyabinsk on March 20th and 21st.
