On February 8–10, within celebration of the Day of Russian Science, the 10th scientific conference of postgraduate and doctorate students is to be held at South Ural State University. Scientists will present reports in several spheres: engineering sciences, natural sciences, social sciences and humanities, and a block of economics, management and law.
Commission will select the best reports to be published in the Bulletin of SUSU.
“The conference of postgraduate and doctorate students is held annually within the Day of Russian Science. By the results of the conference, a book of conference proceedings, which is included in the Russian Science Citation Index, is published traditionally. This is important for those postgraduate students who are just at the beginning their scientific path,” said the Head of the Postgraduate Study Department, Nadezhda Zhilenkova.
Protocol of the conference includes a report by South Ural State University’s Vice-Rector for Research, Alexander Diakonov, and an exhibition entitled “Science and Innovations of SUSU” at which results of research activity of the university, including the university’s postgraduate students, will be presented.
Ceremonial opening of the conference is to take place on February 8 at 10:00 at the Sigma building. Exhibition starts at 11:00 at the Exhibition Center, room 018 of the main building.
