The contest aims at improving of SUSU’s recognition in the international scientific community by means of building collaboration with the world’s leading universities under the criteria of entering the QS subject ranking.
The contest tasks imply increasing the number of collaborations between the SUSU employees, including young scientists, and the world’s top scientists, and also boosting publishing activity and increasing the number of citations of publications by the University employees.
Applications are accepted under the following strategic University fields: Materials Science, Computer Science, Mechanical, Aeronautical and Manufacturing Science, Sports-related Subjects, Mathematics, Physics & Astronomy.
Individual contest applications are filed for participation in scientific events and long-term internships in the universities referred to by QS, as well as in the leading institutes of the Russian Academy of Sciences. The applications are accepted from the employees of the universitywide and baseline departments, from research workers, employees of research-and-education centers and laboratories, and from intramural students and postgraduates.
The priority is given to the applications complying with the University strategic fields and promising establishment of stable collaboration with the leading scientists of foreign universities, publication of joint articles, and receiving grants for development of the scientific field.
