21-23 April in Tyumen was held a regional stage of the Tournament Three Sciences – team contest between students of Universities of Russia according to the decision published in advance of scientific problems in physics, chemistry and biology, presenting solutions in the form of presentations and protect them during the debate on the Scientific battlefield.
The tournament brought together 9 teams from around the Ural Federal district of South Ural State University, Tyumen state University, Tummy, TIU, CSU, Yourhow.
The First and the Second places took the team of our University: "Young's Modulus" and "Natural sceinces". Students received a ticket to the national, the final round of the Tournament of Three Sciences, where they'll battle the strongest finalists of the County's other stages of VSU, MIT, national research nuclear University MEPhI, far Eastern Federal University, far Eastern state transport University, TSU, etc.
Last year, our teams have won prizes in the competition were able to defend the title winners in the URAL Federal district. The teams included students of the Polytechnic Institute (Aerospace Department), Institute of natural Sciences (Chemical and Physical faculties) and the School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science.
