Test your mathematics knowledge in the annual Russian test “Quod Erat Demonstrandum”. The organizer is the company Yandex, and the venue will be South Ural State University.
Anyone who misses their math classes can participate. According to the regional representative of the Yandex company, Aleksandra Repyovaya, the ten exercises will be simple – basic knowledge from school programs will be enough to solve them. The teachers will give one hour to solve the exercises, then they’ll discuss them in detail and answer any questions.
The test can be taken on March 11th at 14:00 at SUSU at one of the classroom desks (classroom to be determined). On the same day (within the day), the exercises will be available online. You can take a practice test write now.
“This test is a great chance to remember how nice it can be to solve math questions and how many valuable things mathematics give us,” stated director of the SUSU Institute of Natural and Hard Sciences Alevtina Keller.
