On February 9th at South Ural State University, Chelyabinsk Oblast Human Rights Commissioner Magarita Pavlova gave the first lecture on constitutional law for students of the Institute of Law.
She told students about the institution of the Human Rights Commissioner, social projects, and directions of work in the protection of rights and legal interests of children, individuals with disabilities, and convicts who are serving their sentences. The students had a unique chance to ask Margarita Nikolaevna questions and get knowledgeable answers.
As a reminder, an agreement was signed last November between SUSU rector Aleksandr Shestakov and Chelyabinsk Region Human Rights Commissioner Magarita Pavlova. This document will help South Ural region residents receive free legal support from the university through SUSU’s Institute of Law.
