The marking of healthy food requires special distinctive signs with the help of which a consumer can choose the product. The changes in marking of healthy food will be announced in the nearest future as from July 1, 2013 the new customs regulations for food products come into effect.
Lyudmila Nilova and her colleagues from Consumer Products Inspection Department of Saint Petersburg State University participate in the development of new method of healthy products marking. The offer of efficiency estimation for healthy food products is already developed and ready for implementation.
This is the first visit of Lyudmila Nilova to Chelyabinsk though it should be noted that she has cooperated with SUSU Trade and Economic Faculty for quite a long time. Lyudmila P. Nilova is the author of the following manuals: “Commodity Science and Inspection of Grain Products”, “Commodity Science and Inspection of Consumer Products” and “Control Measuring Methods of Quality and Safety of Food Products”. Now these manuals are used by the students of Russian universities who study commodity science and technologies.
The lecture will be very useful for students of commodity science and technologies specialties and also for everybody who is interested in healthy nutrition and healthy lifestyle.
