By the decision of the organizing committee jury of Russian Competition "Manager of the Year" Professor Luidmila Petrovna Shesterkina, Dean of Faculty of Journalism and Doctor of Philology was recognized as the winner of Russian Competition "Manager of the Year 2013" in nomination "Mass Media"; Luidmila Shesterkina created new modern mass media of the University area, in particular, the first in Russia students' television company "SUSU-TV", original version of educational studio "SUSU Radio" and a unique multimedia information area of the international level - 360 degree convergent newsroom.
L.P. Shesterkina has been invited to the awarding ceremony of XVI Russian Competition which will be held on 19 April, 2013 at "President Hotel" in Moscow.
