The students of SUSU Faculty of History led by Olga Igorevna Prosvirnina, Dean of Extra-Curricular Activities, and Ellina Magafurova, Faculty Union Leader, have visited their friends - children of the orphanage in Kuluevo village and congratulated them with the coming New Year.
Last year the Faculty took that orphanage under its patronage and it was the second time when students went there so the children were happy to see their friends-students once again. The Faculty itself collected toys, books, clothes and some money to buy sweet presents to organize the tea party with children. The students also organized the performance called "New Year Adventures", competitions and round dances. The children from orphanage were glad to sing, dance and tell the poems for their friends. The visit of students from Faculty of History made the children very happy.
The Faculty active group with the assistance of SUSU Union will continue to organize such visits with the children. At the end of this academic year one more visit is planned.
