The strongest guys of University Campus

The sportsmen did the front squat, benchpress and deadlift. For each event they had three attempts. The best results in the attempts were summed. And in accordance with the summed kilos the winners and medalists of University Championship in powerlifting 2012 were determined:

Weight category up to 60 kg

1^st place – Daniyar Orozbaev, PE-305, Hostel No.3;

2^nd place – Egor Garkin, CTCRE-255, Hostel No.7.1;

3^d place – Shatlyk Dzhumakulyev, PE-317, Hostel No.3.

Weight category up to 67,5 kg

1^st place – Eduard Enikeev, PM-545, Hostel No.1;

2^nd place – Andrey Kosorukov, MM-261, Hostel No.6;

3^d place – Aleksey Zhigalin, PE-141, Hostel No.3.

Weight category up to 75 kg

1^st place – Ruslan Mukhametgalimov, PE-561, Hostel No.3;

2^nd place – Artyom Krotov, PE-317, Hostel No.3;

3^d place – Rustam Akhmatgaleev, PE-122, Hostel No.1.

Weight category up to 82,5 kg

1^st place – Eldar Dimmukhametov, ATE-451, Hostel No.5;

2^nd place – Nikita Kalinin, EE-231, Hostel No.6;

3^d place – Anton Kuznechenko, CTCRE-275, Hostel No.7.1;

3^d place – Vadim Akhtyamov, PM-370, Hostel No.1.

Weight category up to 90 kg

1^st place – Andrey Kinzel, PES-280, Hostel No.3.

Weight category more than 90 kg

1^st place – Dmitriy Guze, CTCRE-316, Hostel No.7.1

Individual Competition:

1^st place – Dmitriy Guze – 545 kg;

2^nd place – Eldar Dimmukhametov – 412,5 kg;

3^d place – Ruslan Mukhametgalimov – 392,5 kg.

Powerlifting is the part of University Campus Olympics program 2012-2013. That is why every participant gets the points for individual classification and for the team classification as well.

The 1^st place was taken by the team from Hostel No.3, the 2^nd place – team of Hostel No.1 and 3^d place – team of Hostel No.7.1. All the winners and medalists were awarded with medals, diplomas, cups and sweet prizes.
