Senior students of SUSU Faculty of Law Enforcement Officials Training held a meeting with representatives of personnel department of law enforcement agencies in Chelyabinsk region.
Vladimir Nikolaevich Maysak, Dean of the Faculty, in his opening speech underlined the importance of such meetings in order to determine the career preferences of graduates and to strengthen the coordination of Faculty with law enforcement agencies concerning the questions of professional training for the security agencies. As the example of such cooperation we have organized practical training, field experience and undergraduate training in the agencies and departments of Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs of Chelyabinsk region, Russian Federal Bailiff Service of Chelyabinsk region and other government agencies. More than 60 policemen, employees of sentence-implementation service, bailiffs and military men in 2012-2013 have started the part-time education of Master's Program called "Legal Groundwork for Management Activity in Law Enforcement Sphere".
At the meeting the following officials delivered their speeches:
- Buyanovsky Aleksey Viktorovich, Deputy Director of Russian Federal Bailiff Service in Chelyabinsk region;
- Loskutova Elena Aleksandrovna, Head of Government Service and Personnel Department of Russian Federal Bailiff Service in Chelyabinsk region;
- Vityuk Viktor Vladimirovich, Deputy Director of Personnel Department of Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in Chelyabinsk region;
- Sorokin Artur Viktorovich, Head of Personnel Office of Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in Chelyabinsk region;
- Kitushin Konstantin Mikhaylovich, Head of Personnel Office of Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs of Chelyabinsk;
- Mezhenkov Igor Vladimirovich, Assistant Chief of South Ural Directorate for Internal Affairs in Transport of Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs;
- Litvin Pavel Petrovich, Head of Personnel Office of Russian Federal Migration Service Directorate in Chelyabinsk region.
The Directors of Personnel Department told about the peculiarities of admission and career in law enforcement agencies, social protection and material support of the employees. The second part of the meeting was dedicated to the students' questions and discussion of answers.
