Objective

Creating a digital psychometric twin of a professional

Tasks

Developing a technology for creation of a “digital twin” (flawless sample) of a professional on the basis of psychometric techniques and methods;
Developing software for diagnostics and self-diagnostics;
Implementing the technology into the education process;
Testing the technology in different areas of professional training;
Determining molecular and genetic foundations of cognitive abilities as a predictor of success in learning STEM (science, technology, engineering, mathematics).
