南乌拉尔国立大学留学生协会庆祝协会成立5周年

12月24日，南乌拉尔国立大学留学生协会庆祝了协会成立五周年。

来自世界52个国家的2500多名外国留学生在南乌拉尔国立大学学习。南乌拉尔国立大学留学生协会将他们联合起来。

南乌拉尔国立大学校长亚力山大·舍斯塔科夫强调了留学生协会为大学开展活动的重要性。

“我们创建了南乌拉尔国立大学的外国留学生协会，加入了俄罗斯联邦外国留学生协会，甚至还加入外国毕业生协会。为来我校学习的外国留学生提供舒适的学习环境对我们来说非常重要，这会让他们在大学本科毕业后还希望继续攻读硕士研究生和博士研究生学位。在我校学习应该让他们感觉到就像在家乡学习一样。今天在协会周年庆典上，大家要求组织一个足球小组，当然，这个要求一定会实现！”

为了纪念留学生协会成立五周年，外国留学生准备了一系列活动，包括创意表演、品尝来自不同国家和民族的菜肴，以及节日大蛋糕。

Members of the SUSU Headquarters of Student Labour Unions Awarded at the Annual Ceremonial Reception at the Chelyabinsk City Administration

The annual pre-New-Year’s ceremonial reception was held at the Chelyabinsk City Administration, where along with professional athletes, who had become victors and prize-winners at the all-Russian and international competitions, four members of our Headquarters were awarded certificates and bonuses for their victory in the All-Russian Mini Football Competition among Student Labour Unions Teams.

Состоялся ежегодный предновогодний приём в администрации города Челябинска, на котором четверо бойцов ЮУрГУ, наряду с профессиональными спортсменами – победителями и призерами всероссийских и международных соревнований, были награждены грамотами и денежной премией за победу во Всероссийской спартакиаде студенческих отрядов по мини-футболу.

Vanya the Robot Doesn’t Scold Students or Issue Bad Grades

In China, South Ural State University (SUSU) created its own network of Centres in order to promote Russian language and enhance the quality of training of Chinese citizens before their study in Russia. As reported by the SUSU Press Service, a robot named Vanya is going to help students to learn “the great and mighty” Russian language.

Южно-Уральский государственный университет (ЮУрГУ) создал в Китае собственную сеть центров по продвижению русского языка и повышению качества подготовки китайских граждан перед обучением в России. А помогать студентам учить «великий и могучий» будет робот по имени Ваня, сообщает пресс-служба ЮУрГУ.

Программно-аппаратный комплекс разработали ученые и преподаватели вуза. Ваня способен распознавать речь и генерировать ответы на русском языке. Он служит ассистентом преподавателя. Разработка получила грант в рамках федеральной целевой программы «Русский язык».

XXIX World Winter Universiade

From March 2nd through 12th of 2019, international sport competitions among students - the XXIX World Winter Universiade – are to be held in Krasnoyarsk. In the heart of Siberia, athletes will compete for 76 sets of awards in 11 kinds of sports: biathlon, alpine skiing, curling, cross country skiing, snowboarding, ski orienteering, figure skating, freestyle, hockey, ball hockey and short track. The decision to hold the Universiade in Krasnoyarsk was made on November 9 of 2013 in Brussels by the International University Sports Federation (FISU). Three of them will be placed at the territory of the first and the fourth SFU grounds within the limits of Svobodny prospect. The territory will be isolated and enclosed by a physical security perimeter according to FISU’s requirements.
