Today we can hardly imagine the Ural’s industry without alumni of South Ural State University. In the basis of its research and educational activity lies an alliance of traditions and innovations. SUSU degree is some kind of quality mark in employers’ minds, the mark that distinguishes the alumni all over the country. This degree in many aspects predetermined my destiny as well, and I am proud of having studied in this university.

South Ural State University has been dynamically developing for three quarters of a century. Our university has an incredibly rich history! In each certain period – from CMEI to SUSU – the university significantly contributed to development of the country. Nowadays, it is one of the leading higher education institutions of the Russian Federation and is listed among the best universities of the world.

On behalf of the Legislative Assembly deputies and from me personally as from an alumnus of Chelyabinsk Polytechnic Institute, allow me to offer my sincere greetings on the occasion of the university’s anniversary.

I would like to congratulate you with the 75th anniversary of the University!

For more than half a century South Ural State University has been training highly qualified specialists. Your graduates successfully work in different spheres and their skills are required both in Russian and abroad.

Allow me to congratulate you and the whole team of South Ural State University on the 75th anniversary from the moment of establishment of the higher education institution! Let this significant date will become one more impulse to go forward to bringing to reality all intended plans and projects. I wish you good luck and further prosperity!

Throughout its whole history the university has been continuously improving and growing, always keeping up with the times. Over the three quarters of the century it has made a significant contribution into expanding of the intellectual potential of South Ural region, having become an integral part of the mechanism of solving the tasks of the social and economical life of the latter.

On the day of the University’s 75th anniversary, I would like to wish academic teaching staff, students, and future postgraduates of South Ural State University prosperity, outstanding achievements, daring projects and new discoveries.
