IZAR is the smart monitoring and reporting system has the capacity to continuously monitor our surroundings both urban and remote zones. The system is designed to collect and analyze various types of data like acoustics, radio, radar, radio frequency and cellular. The main motive is to ensure safety and predict threats.
This project considers the technical and software parts of such a monitoring system, which can be applied to any city. In addition, the paper reveals the benefits of using monitoring systems in city management.
