When you arrive

Check into the dormitory (Room 103, Dormitory №2, 78, Prospect Lenina)

✓ Documents for check-in:

• copy of your passport (page with the photo)
• 2 portrait photos in colour, 3x4 cm

*This step is only for students who need a dormitory accommodation.

Register with the Migration Services for foreign citizens:

• for visa countries – Rooms 514, University Main Building (76, Prospect Lenina)

• for visa-free countries – Room 100, Dormitory №7 (80, Prospect Lenina)

✓ Documents for registration with the Federal Migration Service:

• copy of your passport (all pages)

• copy of your migration card

✓ Submit one copy of your medical insurance (mandatory for dormitory check-in).

* You can obtain the medical insurance at the university upon your arrival.

Come to the Degree Recognition Centre for credential evaluation – Room 508, University Main Building (76, Prospect Lenina)

✓ Required documents:

• set of documents for the enrollment: passport / previous education certificates and transcripts (original copies with proper legalization together with certified/notarized translations into Russian language)

Contracts for the Russian language preparation program are signed in the "Sigma" building (3d floor, 78B, Prospect Lenina). There you will receive further instructions regarding the education process.
