The Institute of Architecture and Construction combines the traditions of SUSU architecture and construction schools and an innovative approach towards teaching and research within the competitive environment of the Project 5-100 . Among the most important advantages of the Institute is the zone for elite training of students in which students with high ranking will undertake in-depth study of mathematical simulation of random processes, chemistry in construction, physical fundamentals of hydrodynamics, architectural and structural design, modern construction materials, and other professional disciplines. The Young Constructor School, where high school students obtain basic knowledge in the field of construction and can choose the career of an engineer at the young age, is established within the Institute.
