Students’ Wishes Were Granted at SUSU on Tatiana Day

The Tatiana Day got celebrated at South Ural State University. On January 25, in a hall in front of the university’s activity hall, took place a theatrical performance in which the university’s students and employees participated.

The event was opened by Rector of South Ural State University, Aleksandr Shestakov.

On January 24th a presentation of the contest of youth projects “Russia and Tajikistan: on the Way to Friendship and Collaboration” was held at South Ural State University on the occasion of the 25th Anniversary of the Friendship and Collaboration Agreement between the two countries.

48 Hours to Develop Video Games – Global Game Jam is Back at SUSU

From 26th through 28th of January, the largest international competition in computer games development, the Global Game Jam, is to be traditionally held on the ground of SUSU School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science.

Participants of the GGJ are given 48 hours to form a team and create a game from the scratch on a given topic simultaneously with more than 20 thousand programmers, artists, game designers and simply game lovers from tens of countries!

48 часов на разработку видеоигр – Global Game Jam снова в ЮУрГУ

26-28 января на базе Высшей школы электроники и компьютерных наук ЮУрГУ уже традиционно пройдёт Global Game Jam, крупнейший международный конкурс по разработке компьютерных игр.

Участникам GGJ даётся 48 часов, чтобы собрать команду и с нуля создать игру на заданную тему – одновременно с более чем 20 тысячами программистов, художников, гейм-дизайнеров и просто любителей игр из десятков стран!

В Татьянин День в ЮУрГУ исполнили желания студентов

В Южно-Уральском государственном университете отпраздновали «Татьянин день». 25 января в холле перед актовым залом университета развернулось театрализованное представление, в котором приняли участие студенты и сотрудники вуза.

Мероприятие открыл ректор Южно-Уральского государственного университета Александр Шестаков.
