On October 19th and 20th 2017 a first meeting of the scientists of the Institute of Law of South Ural State University and the Law Faculty of Kostanay State University A. Baitursynov was held on the KSU territory (Republic of Kazakhstan).

International Scientific and Educational Collaboration: Grants, Financing and Projects are to be Discussed at SUSU

From October 31 till November 2 of 2017, a series of informative workshops themed “International Scientific and Educational Collaboration: Grants, Financing and Projects” is to be held at SUSU. The event is held in order to develop international scientific collaboration and enhance qualification of research staff in the field of preparing grant applications.

During the workshop, the following issues are to be considered:

  • Terms and requirements for participation in foreign grant-issuing organizations,

SUSU Scientists Developed Unique Technology for Obtaining Healthful Yogurt

South Ural State University received patent for a producing method of yogurt product with increased content of exopolysaccharide kefiran. Researchers of the SUSU School of Medical Biology  determined that electrophysical exposure with the use of ultrasound positively influences on composition and viscosity of fermented milk products, and as a result on accumulation of biologically active components.

Ученые ЮУрГУ разработали уникальную технологию получения полезного йогурта

Южно-Уральский государственный университет получил патент на способ производства йогуртового продукта с повышенным содержанием экзополисахарида кефирана. Ученые Высшей медико-биологической школы ЮУрГУ установили, что электрофизическое воздействие с помощью ультразвука положительно влияет на состав и вязкость кисломолочной продукции и, как следствие, накопление биологически активных компонентов.

С 31 октября по 02 ноября 2017 г. в ЮУрГУ пройдет серия информационных семинаров на тему «Международное научное и образовательное сотрудничество: гранты, финансирование, проекты». Мероприятие проводится в целях развития международного научного сотрудничества и повышения квалификации научно-исследовательского персонала в области подготовки грантовых заявок.

В ходе семинара будут рассмотрены следующие вопросы:
