Новый год у иранских и тюркских народов наступает с приходом астрономической весны по солнечному календарю. Навруз, отмечаемый в День весеннего равноденствия, – один из самых важных дней в году. Традиционно праздник отмечают и в Южно-Уральском государственном университете. Почетными гостями мероприятия стали генеральный консул Узбекистана Абдусалом Курбонович Хатамов, генеральный консул Таджикистана Зафар Шералиевич Сайидзода, представители национально-культурных центров.

The Department of Metal Forming of the Faculty of Materials Science and Metallurgical Technology invites applicants to obtain specialities, which create technologies of the future.

The department offers training in two Bachelor's degree programmes: 15.03.01 Mechanical Engineering in Pressure Metal Working and 15.03.02 Technological Machines and Equipment in Engineering of Technological Equipment. In 2021, 25 and 26 state-funded places are provided for the full-time mode of study.
