Студент Института лингвистики и международных коммуникаций Увинду Виджевеера приехал учиться в ЮУрГУ из Шри-Ланки. По словам Увинду, в его государстве очень ценят русскую литературу и русскую культуру. Студент рассказал, почему у них популярным словом является «Сибирь» и почему он решил исследовать ее минувшей зимой.

Since 2013, SUSU has a School of Sound Operators and DJs which is a musical educational project which allows training those who like the world of music, the art of sound engineering, deejaying and c-deejaying. Within the School students attend classes where they study the theory of sound, sonic equipment, and get practical knowledge. Graduates of the School are residents of the best clubs and entertainment institutions of the city.

В ЮУрГУ с 2013 года существует Школа звукооператоров и ди-джеинга, которая является музыкальным образовательным проектом, который позволяет обучить неравнодушных к миру музыки искусству звукорежиссирования, ди-джеинга и си-джеинга. В рамках Школы проводятся занятия, на которых студенты изучают теорию звука, звуковое оборудование и получают практические знания.
