The Genplace project, developed by the Avuar Group of Companies jointly with South Ural State University, is included in the register of the members in the project for the creation and operation of the Skolkovo Innovation Centre. Now ООО Genplace is a full-fledged resident of Skolkovo.
Genplace is an ecosystem of financial services for small businesses. The entry point of the project is online book-keeping. Using the accounting information, the user maintains management accounting, with the help of built-in tools plans the future financial indicators, and selects the financing from partner banks for them. Unlike the ecosystem around the bank, Genplace chooses the most profitable options for the client from all possible offers by the banks. And the ecosystem “is held together” by the movement of primary documents.
The aim of the project is to reduce the accounting costs for clients by speeding up the processing of primary documents and summarizing accounting information through the automation of routine accounting procedures.
The project was developed by the Department of Accounting, Analysis and Audit of the SUSU School of Economics and Management (SEM). The project includes the academic staff and students of the Department of Computer Science and Economic (SEM), and Department of Applied Mathematics and Programming and Department of Mathematical and Computer Modelling of the Institute of Natural Sciences and Mathematics. The SUSU academic staff and students were engaged in designing automated solutions for online accounting within the framework of the project on automated accounting headed by Aleksey Ivanov, Associate Professor of the Department of Accounting, Analysis and Audit.
There are not so many Skolkovo residents in the Chelyabinsk Region: Genplace is only the twentieth, but already the eighth in the IT cluster. And we believe that IT will become the new metallurgy in the region!
