On May 20th an educational meeting on the basics of social project planning will be held in Chelyabinsk. The participants will learn about the assessment criteria of the grant competition organized by the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs, and will be guided through the paragraphs of the project map, as well as will be presented the possible formats of public defense, and will be offered consultations by experienced specialists regarding the thought up ideas.
“Project Lecture Stand is a school of theory and practice. It aims at developing and fulfilling authors’ ideas and initiatives of young people. Last year such training sessions united more than 150 participants, many of whom received an opportunity to go to the all-Russian forums and defend their projects,” comments Vadim Bobrovsky, Deputy Minister of Education and Science for the Chelyabinsk Region.
This meeting is a key event, to which experts in the field of social project planning and winners of grant competitions are invited, who will share their experience on participating in forum campaigns of the previous years. By now, similar lectures have already been held around the region. All through April and May the team of organizers have been travelling to municipal entities and holding trainings on the basics of writing project maps, as well as providing an opportunity for the summer forum campaign.
On May 20th the basic stage of the Project Lecture Stand will complete, and after that the professional level is awaiting for the participants, where together with different fields’ specialists they will be working on quality elaboration of applications for grants. Further on, an educational trip will be held, where all those willing will be able to present their ideas to the federal experts, receive their feedback, and fix all drawbacks together with the mentors. The training will result in personal consultations for potential grant seekers according to the approved schedule.
Here is to remind you that the goal of this series of events is training young people of South Urals for the summer forum campaign, so that all those willing to win a grant were able to write their projects, consider all mistakes, and present great ideas to the experts.
