Requirements for submitted papers
Only scientific works not published previously, and not submitted for consideration to other conferences and journals will be accepted for this conference. Articles of the volume of 6 to 8 А4 pages will be accepted. Articles should be written in English.
The guide on article preparation is available on the conference web-site in the Submission Requirements section. The materials will only be accepted electronically via Open Conference Systems.
Conference materials publication
All the papers submitted for the conference will be reviewed by the experts. According to the experts’ work results, the Program Committee will select papers, based on which the conference program will be formed. It is supposed that each paper will be presented at the conference by at least one author. There is no option of a remote participation in the conference.
All the accepted papers will be published as collected works of the conference, and posted at IEEE Xplore digital library indexed at Scopus and Web of Science bibliographic databases.
