Description of the educational programme
The higher education academic programme in the 37.05.02 Psychology of Occupational Activity speciality is designed on the basis of the Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Education, according to professional standards, requirements of modern labour market, traditions and achievements of the scientific and pedagogical school of the university, including the requirements of federal legislation. The academic programme aims at forming universal and general professional competencies in accordance with the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Education, as well as professional competencies included independently on the basis of professional standards and the needs of the regional labour market.
Fields and areas of professional activity: the Management Psychology and Organizational Counselling specialization focuses on professional activity in the following fields (spheres): 03 - Social Services in the Field of Providing Psychological Services, 03.008 - Psychologist in the Social Sphere, A - Organizing and Providing Psychological Services to People of Different Ages and Social Groups, A/03.7 - Providing Psychological Support to Social Groups and Individuals (Clients) in Difficult Life Situations.
Graduates can perform their professional activities in other fields or areas of professional activity on condition that their level of education and acquired competencies meet the requirements for the qualification of an employee. As part of mastering the programme, graduates are prepared to solve the following types of professional activity problems: there are no types of professional activity. The Management Psychology and Organizational Counselling specialization corresponds to the programme as a whole.
