The Moscow International Education Fair has been held in Moscow in October. This year, the Fair has been held in a hybrid format, including in-person and remote participation. The hybrid format has brought together 65 countries, 605 cities from all regions of Russia, 78000 online participants, and 7000 visitors at Crocus Expo.
Professor Abduvali Toshev, Head of the Department of Production Technology and Catering Organization noted that the main theme of MIEF-2021 was "The boundaries of the new reality. Trust. Dialogue. Platform", and in one form or another, the focus of almost all of the discussions at MIEF-2021 was on understanding the boundaries of hybrid reality. Finding balance between traditional forms of learning and online formats has become one of the most important topics for all levels of education.
Olga Rovinskaya, Associate Professor of the Department of Production Technology and Catering Organization, noted that MIEF is an opportunity to discuss trends in education, share personal experiences, and take part in the formation of the modern educational ecosystem.
Throughout the three days of the Education Fair, more than 250 sessions were held within the business program as well as an exhibition of modern technological solutions in the field of education.
