Within the frameworks of fulfilling the New Opportunities for Everyone federal project, South Ural State University announces admission to its programmes of advanced training in a distance learning format.
For the second year in a row, SUSU becomes the winner of the contest by the Russian Federation Ministry of Science and Higher Education for the grant support in the form of subsidies from the federal budget provided to educational organisations. The free-of-charge training on developing and implementing modern programmes of continuing education is available for the academic and teaching staff of educational organisations of higher education, scientific organisations, and to the staff members of the employer organisations from all regions of Russia.
More than 1500 original programmes have been created and implemented by the university. Original educational courses cover all the licensed educational programmes of our university: social sciences and humanities, educational technology and pedagogy, psychology, construction and architecture, technosphere safety and environment protection, information security and information protection, informatics and computer engineering, metallurgy, mechanical engineering, materials science and materials processing, rocket engineering, welding, economics and management, means of transportation, power generation, power engineering, and electrical engineering.
At the expense of the funding provided within this grant you can take distance learning courses in the following programmes of the continuing professional education:
- Developing and implementing continuing professional education programmes for people with disabilities
- Digital competences in professional pedagogical activity
- Mentoring in the system of continuing education for adults
- Internship. Implementing continuing education programmes for specialists
- Digital transformation of continuing professional education
- Personnel management in an organisation offering continuing professional education programmes
- Models and technologies of education for adults
The programmes include:
·Mastering modern educational technologies of teaching adults; studying of age-related psychological and individual psychological specifics in the character of the citizens, including people with disabilities, when mastering educational programmes, in order to take those into consideration during the development and implementation of such programmes; as well as mastering the skills of elaborating and implementing projects on developing the system of the citizens' continuous updating their professional skills for further implementation in institutions of higher education;
·Organizing and holding of the internships for the academic and teaching staff and for the administrative and management personnel, who participate in the organization of the system of continuing education: at off-site universities and scientific organisations, at high-technology productions, and at the real-economy sector organisations, which are of importance for certain Russian Federation entity;
·Implementing advanced training programmes for the staff members of employer organisations in order to master modern educational technologies of teaching adults; studying of age-related psychological and individual psychological specifics in the character of the citizens, including people with disabilities, when mastering educational programmes, in order to take those into consideration during the development and implementation of such programmes; as well as forming the competences of mentors.
All the programmes being offered are oriented at the list of the priority directions in the updating of skills and acquiring of competences with consideration to the regional and sector-related specifics as of the year of 2020, and take into account the priority fields of development of science, technology, and engineering.
