Student of South Ural State University Alena Gladilina has conducted a master class on gouache painting for school pupils in the Art-Satka creative space in the city of Satka.
Alena is a SUSU student and a commissioner of the Granit student construction team. Also, she is studying at the Faculty of Painting at the Tchaikovsky South Ural State Institute of Arts.
"In my hometown everyone knows me as a proficient artist. Quite often people invite me to hold master classes in different schools. Overall, I really like to share my skills with others and watch their development in art," said Alena Gladilina.
This time, the student organized the master class for school pupils in Satka. The purpose of the event was to popularize visual arts among school students from 10 to 14 years old and improve their skills in painting: the children discovered new talents in themselves and in just a couple of hours created mountain landscape paintings. Even the smallest school kids succeeded in completing this task.
"I would never have thought that I would draw such a complicated painting! But under the strict guidance, step by step, I managed to get an amazing result! I will present it to my mother, I am sure she will like it very much," said the member of the master class Saveliy.
All school students were happy with the event and did not expect that they would draw such a complex landscape. Many children wanted to know the date of the next lesson, and their parents thanked the artist personally.
Alena Gladilina won a grant to take a course on design and promised the organizers of the contest to take an active part in the creative life of the city. That is why she is planning to organize such master classes every month.
